For over 25 years, I have been helping clients grow and achieve higher levels of performance in business. My career spans across various roles: an engineer, an academic researcher & lecturer, a technology research & development manager, a strategy consultant, an interim manager and an executive coach. This is in conjunction with diverse international assignments in North America, UK, continental Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, which has given me broad experience with different cultures, work ethics and mindsets.

I received a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from Queen’s University in Canada, MBA from Oxford University in the UK, an Honours BSc in Computer Science, Math & Philosophy from University of Toronto in Canada. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and completed my Business & Personal Coaching diploma with Barefoot Coaching and my team coaching studies with Academy of Executive Coaching.

Over the past 10 years, I have been serving as a career coach for Oxford University Said Business School focusing on graduate students, executive MBAs and alumni as well as external clients.
